It’s often said music is the universal language of mankind. All of us are inclined to some form of art – it may be vocal music, dance, painting & drawing, or recitation. Many times, we are not able to discover our traits. Surr Sangam believes in providing you with the platform to discover your form of art. It helps connect your heart and soul. Any form of art is directly connected to our emotions! Learning through arts not just enriches the experience of studying while at school but also prepares children for life after school.

Surr Sangam offers a myriad platform to practice different art forms. We are affiliated with the Rabindra Bharti University Calcutta, through Bongiya Sangreet Parishad West Bengal. All students are given certificates after the successful completion of their course. Here a child is offered a foundational framework that helps in a focused creative practice. It helps in bringing clarity and direction to your creative practice to know exactly what to do next and just how to do it.

Evaluate Your Skills

There will be 8 (Years) academic program for all five disciplines. After passing 8th year student
will be given degree “Vibakar” which is equivalent of Senior Diploma / Graduation in the respective field.

Candidate who will complete the 4th year will be eligible to get the Junior Diploma in the respective field.

Vocal Music

Words make you think. Music makes you feel. A song makes you feel a thought.

Dance

Dance is the hidden language of the soul.

Painting / Drawing

Art is unquestionably one of the purest and highest elements in human happiness.

Instrumentation

Yearly examination will be conducted every year
Filling of Forms from Sept to March end.
Receiving of Admit Card in June
Examination will be held in July every year.

Bangiya Sangeet Parishad is a pioneering cultural body in the State of West Bengal in India. With a humble beginning in the year 1975 Bangiya Sangeet Parishad achieved a spectacular growth under the leadership of the founder, a musician and a composer, Sri Subodh Ganguly.
The objective of Bangiya Sangeet Parishad is to spread the culture of India through music, painting, dance and recitation.
Bangiya Sangeet Parishad Head Quarter in Howrah, West Bengal.
Every Year more than 6 lacs students are appearing through Bangiya Sangeet Parishad.

Scope

SCOPE OF SURR SUNGAM

Surr Sangam will provide Form to School.

Surr Sangam will collect the forms & fees from Schools.

Surr Sangam will get the students registered with Bangiya Sangeet Parishad and arrange Admit Card.

Surr Sangam will bear all the cost of Invigilator who will come from West Bengal.

Surr Sangam will collect all the copies or conducting music and dance examination at your school.

Result will be given after 2 months of the examination.

SCOPE OF SCHOOL

School will circulate notification for conducting examination.

It will be compulsory for all the students.

Filled forms and fees will sent to Surr Sangam for further action.

Examination will be held in the school on any day as per BSP guideline.

School will arrange entire examination process at their own cost.

Surr Sangam will visit alongwith external Expert and monitor the process.
